If you provide your email address when making an appointment with us, you should receive an email with instructions to enroll in our online patient portal at Sadio.com/login. Here you can save significant time and complete check-in before your appointment.

You can also sign any needed consents and paperwork through this online portal. Otherwise, these can be completed on our check-in iPads when you arrive prior to the appointment. You can access the portal at the button below.
